• HOW TO USE
• 1.Ink is supplied in ready-to-use condition. Stir well before use.
  2.Add 47-00 REDUCER up to 20% if it is necessary to lower viscosity.
  3.Add MATT CLEAR or JA-244 to increase viscosity. Stir well after addition.
  4.Add EXTENDER or CLEAR by approx.10% to shorten the curing due to the insufficient performance of the lamp or the properties of the substrate. Add JAR-1 by approx.10% to improve surface curing.
  5.Standard curing conditions: (These conditions change depending on the substrate.)
  One metal halide lamp 120W/cm, Distance from focus : 10 cm
  Conveyor speed : 15-20 m/min (Integral light : approx.120-200 mJ/cm²)
  Mesh : Polyester 270-300 meshes/inch
  Thickness of sol : <10 microns (Excludes the case of textured surface)
  6.Our VINYL CLEANING THINNER is recommended for washing up.

• PRECAUTIONS
  1.The viscosity and printability of the ink change depending on the temperature.
  2.It is advised to avoid skin contact with the ink. In case of contact with skin, wash immediately with soap and water.
  3.Any harmful materials such as heavy metal or N-Vinyl Pyrrolidone are not contained. Please refer to MSDS for the details.
  4.Store the ink in a cool and dark place. Stir occasionally to keep stability when the ink is stored for a long time.
  5.Stir well before use as de-foamer might be separated.
  6.Be sure to do trial print before commercial run to confirm that the product fits the purposes.
