| RC PEP-G SERIES |
- INTRODUCTION
RC PEP-G SERIES is designed for flame-treated PE/PP bottles. The price is reasonable. Gloss finish is obtained. RC PEP-G SERIES cures with low integral light and suitable for high-speed printing. All colors are conformed to EN71-3.

Flame-treated polyethylene bottles / polypropyrene bottles.
- CHARACTERISTICS
Good adhesion can be obtained with one-component ink.
As the ink cures with low integral light, it is suitable for high-speed printing.
Ink film is hard and resistant to abrasion.
Reproducibility of fine patterns is good.
No harmful materials such as heavy metal and N-Vinyl Pyrrolidone are contained. All colors are conformed to EN71-3(Europe safety standards of toys).
- HOW TO USE
Ink is supplied in ready-to-use condition. Stir well before use.
Add PEP-G REDUCER up to 10% if it is necessary to lower viscosity.
Add CLEAR to lower density. (Adding ratio is subject to the conditions.)
PEP-G INK can be usually used without any additive. However, add JAR-16 or JAR-18 by 5% when better adhesion is required. Stir well not to leave the additive on the container or mixing tool. Clouded effect may appear just after the addition of the additive. Start to print after leaving the mixture for 20 minutes. The mixture has pot life. Confirm the adhesion while printing. The mixture can be normally used for 8-12 hours.

Metal halide lamp 120 W/cm, Distance from focus : 10 cm
Conveyor speed : 20 m/min (Integral light : approx.120 mJ/cm²)
Mesh : Polyester >350 meshes, Thickness of sol : <10 microns

- PRECAUTIONS
The viscosity and printability of the ink change depending on the temperature. Printability in the summertime is different from that in wintertime.
Although skin irritation is low(P.I.I:<2.0), it is advised to avoid skin contact with the ink. In case of contact with skin, wash immediately with soap and water.
Store the ink in a cool and dark place. Stir occasionally to keep stability when the ink is stored for a long time.
Stir well before use as de-foamer might be separated.
You can add JA-950H by 1-2% instead of JAR-18 when better adhesion is required. The cost can be reduced by using JA-950H, although pot life of the mixture is 4-8 hours.

Be sure to do trial print before commercial run to confirm that the product fits the purposes.
